These terms apply to iqdoc.app and to IQdoc beta software. By using the site or the software, you agree to them.

Beta software. The platform is in beta. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and features may change or be withdrawn while the beta lasts.

No certification. IQdoc software never certifies a transcript. Certification pages are generated, but the attestation and signature belong to the human professional alone. You are responsible for confirming that any document you file meets the requirements of your court.

No legal advice. Nothing on this site, in the software, or in our emails is legal advice. If you need legal advice, talk to a lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction.

Your content. Audio and documents you upload remain yours. You confirm that you have the right to upload them and to have them processed.
